BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: LIMITED TIME ONLY!
A NEW OPTION ON SEASON TICKETS

Listening to
requests from race fans, Baer Field Speedway is happy to announce a new
twist on the concept of a season ticket.
For a limited time only,
fans may purchase the 2010
"FAST
PASS".
The "FAST
PASS"
is good for 20 adult admissions anytime during the 2010 racing season.
Purchasers may bring friends and use all 20 passes on one night, or spread
it out through the entire season. Since the purchaser is buying a set amount
of passes, he or she is guaranteed to receive full value in the event of a
rash of weather-related cancellations or anything else that would cause them
to miss a racing show.
The "FAST
PASS"
will be sold for the discount price of
$200.00! That's a savings of more than $75 if used for every
2010 show and could be a savings of more than $100 if the passes are used
only for special events.
Fans may purchase a 2010 "FAST
PASS"
by calling the Speedway office at (260) 478-7223.
Baer Field Speedway would like to announce some new members to the Speedway
family for 2010
Jeff Barney Sr. (flags) and Jeff Barney Jr. (infield)
and welcome back
Jerry Ladd (tower) and BILLY CUNNINGHAM (flagman)

Baer Field Speedway is proud to announce that long-time Speedway
sponsor
NAPA
Auto Parts has agreed to become the title
sponsor of the Late Models for the
2010 season. Under the agreement, the Late models will now be
knows as the:

The Speedway will also host three "NAPA
Nights" during the 2010 season.
Those three nights will be highlighted with the "NAPA
TWIN-50's" for the
NAPA
Late Models Series and the Baer Field
Modifieds.

The Speedway is also working with
Goodyear
Tires
on a
bonus program to award
some discounted tires to drivers in the NAPA Late Model Series, Modifieds,
& Street Stocks.
The 2010 season will be here before
we know it! Following some open practices to get everyone ready, the 2010 Season
Opener will be Saturday, May 15, with a huge show including twin, 50-lap
Features for both the Late Models and the Modifieds! Additional
“Twin-50’s” are scheduled for July 31 and September 4.
The General Rules and 2010 rules for
all SIX Baer Field Speedway divisions are now online. Yes, we will have
SIX divisions this summer with the debut of the NEW “Fun Stocks.” The
“Fun Stocks” will be a new economy division for mid-sized front-wheel
drive cars. It will be a claimer division and open to “amateur” drivers
13 years of age and older ONLY!
Among the changes for 2010 will be
the return of Jerry Ladd to the tower to aid in scoring the feature
races. Every 2010 racing program will feature “co-headline” divisions
with either a weekly class and a visiting headliner, or a Late Model and
Modified doubleheader. Recognizing their stature as a co-headline
division, the Modifieds will see their Feature length extended to
30-laps to match the Late Models. We will also institute a new “no
radios” policy for all classes and a purse increase for the Street
Stocks.
Several special events will dot the
2010 calendar. Chief among them will be the 13th annual
International Gold Cup featuring the SuperPro Late Models on Friday,
August 6. The SuperPro cars are also scheduled on Saturday, July 3. The
HOSS Sprints will make their first of FOUR 2010 appearances on June 5,
followed by returns on July 24, August 28, and a season-ending
doubleheader with the CRA Super Series Late Models on September 18. For
the second consecutive year, the OUTLAW SUPER LATE MODELS will return to the Baer Field
half-mile on Saturday, June 12 and Saturday, August 14. We will have our annual tractor pull
along with a full racing program on August 14. Finally, Baer Field
Speedway is proud to be the new home of the CHASE Junior
Achievement Grand Prix which will be held on Saturday, August 21.
Thanks for your continued support,
hope to see you this season!
