Some Solutions For HP Printer’s Scanner That Makes LinesFebruary 20, 2019
If your printer has an automatic document feeder roller (ADF), dust from the remaining paper on the roller or separator in the ADF can make the quality of the scan results decrease. To fix this, open the ADF, then clean the ADF roller and separator. Aside from that, before we continue, perhaps you need to know more about the most trusted printer ink supplies near your location.
Prepare some of the tools below:
-Soft cloth that does not leave any remaining fiber or microfiber cloth.
-Remove the remaining paper in the ADF.
-Turn off the printer.
-Disconnect the electrical connection to the printer.
-Open the ADF cover.
-Look for the paper pickup roller and pad separator in the ADF.
-Soak the cloth with clean water, then squeeze so that the fabric doesn’t absorb a lot of water.
-Use the dampened cloth to clean any dirt on the paper pickup roller and pad separator.
-Leave the ADF cover open for two minutes to dry the paper pickup roller and pad separator.
-Close the ADF cover.
-Reinsert the paper into the paper feeder tray. Put the paper properly so that the paper can be easily picked up by the printer.
-Fit the paper with the guide until there are no obstacles blocking the paper entry path. If the paper is still blocked, you must do ways to deal with the jammed scanner.
-Reconnect the printer with a power source.
-Turn on the printer, then try doing a scan once.
Take it to the Service Center
